Emergency Veterinary Services of Fox Valley strives to provide all of the services your pet should need in an emergent situation. Our skilled veterinarians, nursing team and support staff are always available to help guide you towards making educated choices about your pets health.
Appointments
As an emergency practice, we do not have the convenience of scheduled appointments. All patients are seen in the order in which they arrive or based on immediate need of assistance. We pride ourselves in being efficient while providing quality care for your pet.
Emergency & Urgent Care
We have at least one veterinarian and multiple nursing staff members on duty 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care needed by your pet. Common emergencies range from a toenail trimmed too short to being attacked by a coyote or hit by a car. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call immediately. Our staff will ask a few pertinent questions then advise you of the apparent severity of your pet’s condition and precisely what steps to take.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment with your daytime practitioner. Our veterinary records are automatically transferred in entirety to your routine care provider in order to provide continuity of care. In addition, if your pet was treated by your veterinarian during the day but needs additional overnight care, Emergency Veterinary Services will waive the emergency charge to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from your referring veterinarian to our practice.
